Kodak Gold 200 is a 200 ISO color negative consumer film available in 35mm format as 24 exposure rolls.  It is a surprisingly well-performing, "bang for your buck" film.  Kodak Gold has reasonable color saturation and contrast with modest grain.

Introduced in 1997, Kodak Gold has been a mainstay of Kodak's consumer lineup of films for over 20 years!  While the Gold family actually began with three members: Gold 100, Gold 200, and Gold 400, Gold 200 is the most commonly found these days (if you don't count Gold 400, which changed its name to Ultramax 400).  

Despite being tagged as a consumer film, Gold 200 boasts several characteristics that have earned it a cult following.  It has rich color saturation that treats all colors well, no strange color hues here.  It has an average grain, more so than some films but less than others, and it is incredibly affordable.
