NZ Camera & Print “Loop Ticket Giveaway” - July 2025 Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Entry govern the “Loop Ticket Giveaway” promotion brought to you by NZ Camera & Print - trading as “Digitech NZ Limited”.
This Promotion opens at 9:00:00am on September 1st 2025 and closes at 9:00:00pm on August 30th 2025 (Promotion Period).
Promotion
Spend $100 or more in a single in-store purchase at NZ Camera & Print (The Hub, Hornby) during September 2025 to go in the draw.
This includes online purchases, were we will fill in an entry on your behalf with the details stated in your order.
Entries
Every $100 spent in one transaction equals one entry.
To enter, complete an entry slip in-store with your name, phone and/or email. For online purchases, your name, contact number and email address submitted at checkout will be used to complete your entry/(ies).
Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Open to New Zealand residents aged 15 years and over.
If the winner is under 18, the prize will be transferred to a parent/guardian.
Employees, contractors and immediate family of NZ Camera & Print (Digitech NZ Ltd) are not eligible.
Prize
Two winners will each receive one (1) Ed Sheeran Loop Tour ticket valued at $170.
Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The promoter accepts no responsibility if the event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser.
Draw & Notification
Two winners will be randomly drawn from all valid entries on August 1st 2025.
Winners will be contacted using the details provided. Proof of ID may be required.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw.
General
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if necessary.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners consent to their name and photo being used for promotional purposes without compensation.
Except for liability which cannot be excluded by law, the promoter is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage or expense arising out of this promotion or prize.
